Never been to a Studio LOL Comedy Camp?

First and foremost, camp at Studio LOL is fun!  Our number one goal at comedy camp is to get everyone laughing and having a blast.  Throughout the day, we: play high-energy improv warm-up exercises; learn to build improv scenes off the top of our heads with an audience suggestion; play short-form improv games like creating infomercials, gameshows, and finishing our teammates' sentences; break into teams to create skits called "sketches" that are made up of big, funny characters and patterns of three; we sometimes use scripts to learn the patterns and timing of sitcom-style TV shows; and we sometimes use funny singing to create musicals on the spot.  It's hilarious, and beginners love it just as much as old-timers.  Parents like sending their kids to "LOL Camp" because it means they'll be using their brain the entire day.

Want to come try a class before signing up?

If you're unsure whether or not your child would enjoy a week of learning improv, give us a shout and we can set up a 90-minute trial class.  Please email studioLOLclasses@gmail.com.

Don't see anything that fits your schedule or child's age?

Ask your friends!  We're happy to add any class, camp, or event to our calendar, with a minimum of 8 students.  So gather up 8 funny kids and give us a shout!  (If you don't know that many funny kids, just let us know your preferred class day/time and we may be able to add you to an interest list that's already in progress.)

Still not clear on what a comedy camp would be like?

Here's a video showing our students and teachers in action during performances and classes:
